Renowned Nigerian actress and television host Kehinde Bankole has addressed the topic of nude scenes in film, revealing the specific conditions under which she would consider taking such a role.
In the interview on the popular ‘Duke Rants’ podcast, which has since gone viral, Bankole was asked about her boundaries when it comes to film roles that require nudity.
The actress emphasized that she would only accept such roles if they are “intelligently required” by the script.
“I do not like that question because the answer would be taken out of context,” Bankole explained. “This is the internet, after all. I will just say that I can do what is artistically required. As far as it is intelligently required, not just required. Sometimes, you do not need nudity, excessive kissing, and all of that to tell a good story.”
